we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE
We accept Exchanges! In case of an exchange for a different piece, contact us within 3 days post Delivery via email (therichkid.in@gmail.com). Once the exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Note that Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days. (No exchanges or returns on old collection T-shirts)
CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)
Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.
Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time. Customers having size related issues will not be eligible for exchange, please refer to the size chart before placing the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to therichkid.in@gmail.com. We will issue an exchange for your order.
EMPTY PACKAGE RECEIVED
All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
